Top 5 Social Apps on Android in Sweden Q4 2021

The fourth quarter of 2021 saw varying performances among the top social apps on the Android platform in Sweden. Here's a closer look at the trends for some of the most popular apps.

TikTok experienced a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $83.7K in the last week of November. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 15.2K at the beginning of October and ending at 8K by the end of December. The app maintained a stable user base, with weekly active users hovering around the 1M mark throughout the quarter.

Bigo Live - Live Streaming App saw its revenue peak at approximately $10K in the final week of October. Download numbers showed a positive upward trend, growing from 1.3K at the start of October to 2.5K by the end of December. The app’s weekly active users gradually increased from 10.3K to 12.4K over the quarter.

Tango- Live Stream, Video Chat saw a significant revenue boost in the week of November 22, reaching $6.3K. Downloads remained relatively low but increased towards the end of the quarter, from 79 in late September to 271 in the last week of December. Active users also showed growth, rising from 768 to 1.1K over the same period.

Facebook had a steady revenue stream, peaking at $4.9K in the last week of December. Downloads were consistent, starting at 2.3K and slightly increasing to 2.9K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained robust, consistently above 2M throughout the period.

Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat showed stable revenue, with a peak of $3.5K in the final week of October. Downloads were relatively low but stable, with a slight increase from 151 to 184 downloads over the quarter. Weekly active users fluctuated but generally stayed around the 9.7K to 10.1K range.
